Shipping & Delivery
All goods are shipped through Australia Post. We highly recommend you request delivery to a location where someone will be present to collect the goods, to an Australia Post Parcel Locker, or ensure the post box the goods are being sent to is secure.  Please note that the goods are transported in ordinary looking packaging in order to deter theft.

All products are made to order, so please allow 2-3 business days to create the product, after which delivery time will be dependent on Australia Post's Regular Letters schedule of delivery. 

Delivery outside of Australia can take longer depending on the destination country.

Despite all best efforts, we will not be held responsible for any losses or damage caused by items being delayed by Australia Post or items going missing. We will however supply either replacement goods or a refund if a Proof of Delivery is unable to be supplied by Australia Post. For goods that arrive damaged, please see our Returns & Replacements policy.
Privacy & Security
We will never under any circumstances sell any data to any third parties. We do not collaborate with "partners" to share data either with the sole exception of PayPal which is solely for financial transaction services.
Under no circumstances will any collected data be turned over to any third party unless we are compelled to under Australian Law. All data relating to Cheeky Trinkets and it's sister sites are maintained on Australian based servers and are required to meet the relevant legal standards concerning personal privacy.

Returns & Replacements
As an Australian company, Cheeky Trinkets will honor all legal requirements for trade as per Australian Commercial Law.

If you wish to return your goods due to damage in transit, please use the contact us page and provide your phone number and contact details. We will call you within the next business day to discuss the steps needed to swap the item.

Please be aware that as per any retail business, we do not provide refunds or exchanges on the basis of 'change of mind' -- the goods must either be damaged in transit or have a defect. 

Due to the nature of electronic monitors and screens, as well as our business model in general, it is important to keep in mind the colours you see on the website may not be 100% accurate to the item in real life.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
For additional security, all credit card payments are handled by PayPal - no credit card details are retained on our servers at all.

In the future we may opt to have a direct credit card system enabled on the website, this will remain entirely up to the customer if they choose to use it.

All pricing is final at the time of sale when the order is processed, and by finalising payment through PayPal you accept the price offered at the time.

Due to fluctuating economies, market forces, supplier pricing, stock levels, and other related matters, we always reserve the right to change our pricing at any time - no conversation will be entered into in regards to an item being made available at a different price at a later date after a purchase.
